    David Gemmeel will be in Forbidden planet on the 19th to sign his latest book.

    I've nearly finished it and in true Gemmell style, all teh stuff on the back cover has yet to happen. Only thing is, there's only about 30 pages to go!

    Gemmell, the only writer I know who spend 5 pages decsribing a meadow or insignificant village and then devotes two to a countrywide independance winning rebellion...

    ah well. I knew what it'd be like before I bought it.
