Can Bertie think for himself?

    Recently I have begun to notice that Bertie can hardly string a sentence together. If he's making a speech he is reading of a prepared statement, surely written by somebody else. In the Oireactas, all you can see is the top of his head as hes always looking down at what to say.
    Now I'm sure he's always been like this, but is this the man who should be in charge of the country? :confused:

    Its called age

    I'm not really a fan of Bertie, but when he was head of the european dealy I was well impressed.

    Pity he didnt move there permanently :D
