I could be wrong but isn't live stuff kind of exempt from the normal RIAA rules and regulations?

Lenny as mod of this forum can you make a call on this please? Or even one of the admins? As far as I was aware livesets that are not comercially available are okay to download. I'll glady remove post if you see fit.
