You know, some people might wonder how a private, well-moderated forum gets shut down on the basis of rumours, while when two users post pics unsuitable for minors only one gets banned.

I'm not one of those people. I understand that the world isn't fair or just, and that to expect boards to be different would be naive.

technically it could be construed as 3 people, if you count aazeils contribution to the Slydice male thread where you can clearly see his pubic hair in the pic..

but I don't define what is and isn't suitable for minors or public boards, and not that I'm attacking anyone. Just curious as to the rulings, one law for all?
