Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Holger Danske?

    I've heard horrible rumours that Mr. Holger Danske died last night.

    You might not be aware, but Holger wrote Three Hearts and Three Lions, which introduced the modern-day fantasy Archetypical Paladin ideal. Was also the very first fantasy book I read.

    Anyone know if the rumours are true?

    oops, sorry about that. Holger Danske was his character (I heard this from a discussion about Danske and pasted the wrong bit in the wrong place).

    It is actually Poul Andersson I'm talking about and sadly, it's true.
