Mate of mine lives out in the sticks and was going to get in Digiweb which is his only option at the moment, but he wants to be able to use Bit torrent applications if he does. Has anyone any experience of digiweb with bit torrent, I know there Terms and conditions state they don't allow other file sharing apps like Kazaa or Morpheous but they don't mention Bit torrent.

    Thanks

    Snake ;)

Its not that they won't allow, its just they will throttled downloads on the ports used by those programs, so while you might be able to use Bittorrent after a few weeks/days Digiweb could see the traffic and trottle your connection.
Trottling = slow downloads on said ports and prioritising posts 80/21 etc :)

naturally not that such things can be encouraged

but u cud keep changing ports...

but u will eventually run out of usable ones even on the flexible bittorrent
