Forwards (4): Simon Best (Ulster – Belfast Harlequins), Leo Cullen (Leinster – Blackrock College), Denis Leamy (Munster – Cork Constitution), Aidan McCullen (Leinster – Lansdowne).
Backs (4): Tommy Bowe (Ulster – Belfast Harlequins), Gavin Duffy (NEC Harlequins), Anthony Horgan (Munster – Cork Constitution), Shaun Payne (Munster – Dolphin).

Would have to say change the whole pack and backs and blood as many players as possible.
