Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anyone know what Carrigtohill would be like to climb this time of year. Thinking of going this weekend. Any tips? How cold?

Take a look at the forecast on met.ie/forecasts. Then a good rule of thumb is to knock off 8-10 degrees of temperature (about 1 degree centigrade per 100m climbed) and add 50% or so to the wind speed.

Depending on the weather for the last two weeks the ground may also be wet, which is my experience is a bigger problem.

What route are you planning to take?
