    The reason Britney and all those other crap people won awards is because they where voted by people. Unfortuanly, every 13 year old girl going tru puberity votes for thier barbie doll idiol - something most of them will never be.

    MTV is not about good music. Its about who is the most popular.

    Personally I'd rather watch Donna than listen to the sh1te music they generally play.

    As for the awards I am sorry to say that they certainly are not fixed and the the great unwashed proles accross Europe did in fact vote for Britiny Spears.

    Mtv has become generally crap and has been for quite some time. Except during the day when they just play videos non-stop without Donna Aer asking some 13 year girl either...

    a) What did you do on the weekend?
    On Monday and Tuesday.

    b) What are you doing on the weekend?
    on Thursady and Friday

    c) bluffing her way through because she has nothing to ask on Wednesday.
