Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Arsenal footballer Graham Stack was today charged with raping a 21-year-old girl at his home, Scotland Yard said.

The 23-year-old goalkeeper, who is on loan at Millwall, was charged following the alleged rape in Beckenham, south east London, on September 1.

Luckily his case will be heard next Tuesday so there isn't too long to wait.

This story was in a paper a few weeks ago.

Definitely need to be careful about jumping to cunclusions.

If indeed he did do it though, his balls should be hacked off.

If it turns out the girl is lying, she should have her tongue cut out.

AN Arsenal footballer has pleaded not guilty to a charge he raped a woman at his south east London home in September last year.

Graham Stack, 23, glanced at the public gallery and firmly said "not guilty" as the charge was put to him at Croydon Crown Court in south London today.

Stack, who is on loan at Millwall until the end of the season, is accused of sexually assaulting the 21-year-old in Beckenham on September 1 last year.

A second man, 23-year-old Allan Smillie, an operations manager from Feltham in west London, pleaded not guilty to two counts of sexual assault on the same woman.

Both men were granted conditional bail ahead of the trial on September 19.

Stack, a Republic of Ireland Under-21 international, played a number of Carling Cup matches for Arsenal last season.

what excaclty does the women gain from accusing him of rape? has she sold her stroy to any of the papers yet?

the CPP wouldnt of charged him unless they have some decent evidence against him, so i wouldnt really be too sure its bull****.

You guys have the wrong ideas here.
Don't assume that the woman is lying
    Don't assume Stack is guilty.
Just wait, otherwise you'll just look silly.

huge difference, they werent charged. Stack is, because prosecution can feel they have a case, so they must have some kind of evidence.

its up too a jury to decide. But people shouldnt be judging her, and shouldnt be judging him either. Not till the trial.

Whoever is guilty deserves to be jailed. If a woman makes false allegations about rape she should be punished with a similar jail sentence because of the severity of the accusation. False allegations make a mockery of the genuine cases.
