'Game' stupidy

In today buying HL2. I take a box from the shelf (empty of course) but opening it I notice they have the reg key there. I suspect all the shelf boxes are like this. When I bought it though he gave me a sealed box so at least this one should be ok.

would this not be better suited for the game forum rather than masssively multiplayer. would get more traffic in the game forum and would allow people buying self copies to be carefull when purchasing
