    just found out that O2 has been charging me in excess of 400E a month since july for GPRS which i havent even used or doesnt work on my phone. Just been on the horn to O2 and they say they'll investigate it and get back to me in a week. Anyone else been thru this experience with incorrect billing and was it resolved properly?


    PS: didnt check my bills and i know its my mistake , was working like a dog.
