Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Not many DJ's can boast Carl Cox and Norman cook as being two of their college buddies; even less can boast that their career has spanned almost two decades; even less can say they've churned out over 100 remixes and 50 original tracks; and even less can say they've had the pleasure of working with a diverse range of artists spanning several genres of music.

Dance acts like Breeder, Junkie XL, Moby, Adamski, Prodigy, Armand van Helden, and Rhythm Masters - right through to mainstream acts like James Brown, Yazz, Grace Jones, Boy George, Alison Moyet, Dave Stewart, D-Ream, Sister Sledge and even Betty Boo(!) have availed of Slacker's genius. Even more amazingly his talents as a producer have previously been used by Riverdance to create a 'Riverdance Theme', released on Paul Oakenfold's label, Perfecto.

With his combined talents as a DJ and a producer, as well as discovering the latest musical sample happy delights that come with the latest of technology, Slacker creates a new, fresh, unrehearsed sound wherever he plays. His ability to remix any element of a track live, whilst utilizing many of the quirky samples and secret riffs that are locked away in Slacker towers have led him to enjoy residencies in such legendary clubs as Groovejet in Miami, Orbit in Lima, Slinky in Bournemouth, and Fierce in Hong Kong, earning him extra air miles brownie points right across the globe. And speaking of all things global, what other producer do you know who has had not just one track on a Global Underground compliation, but four at last count - three on the Northern Exposure series, two on Bedrock - the list is endless.

With an Irish mother, and the Dubliners surprisingly one of his favourite bands (really!), it comes as a total shock that this busy man has taken five years to return to Dublin once again, following his last sellout visit. Catch him while you can in the intimate surroundings of Tribecca, before you have to wait five long years again!

    PRODUCTIONS (AS SLACKER):
Best Boyfriend, Dirty High, What A Dream / Goodnight Clocks, Turning To Air, A Million Dreams / Slip N Slide, Looky Thing, Fusion EP, Psychout, Your Face, Scared, Flying / Live It For Yourself, Feel Space / Jukebox In The Sky.
