I was planning on sending a Kinder Egg with a Cadbury's Cream Egg inside it... that would have been amazing... but it turns out I just dreamed about it... and it doesn't exist...

Ok if i am allowed tell here goes:

My Sekkrit Santa was CJ_Will - he is soooo good! He did research before he bought me a present! He got me a box of Twinkies , a lovely mug from a very special place in Washington - The White House, and a stretchy toy that you has suction tabs to stick to a window! It is a lovely present! I sent him a PM to say thank you but sure I may as well say thank you again! Thank you CJ_Will!!

So did anyone else get theirs???? SeanSouth you have some willpower waiting until Christmas day - fair play to you!

Also thank you to Tusky for orgainising Sekkrit Santa - wasn't it a lovely idea??

Yes. I also received and (yes) already opened my gift (sorry, couldn’t wait!) :rolleyes: . It was from Pinkchick (who also did her research. She got me a lovely cookbook of Irish recipes (I’m a big “food junkie”), a calendar full of beautiful shots of Ireland and some chocolates from Dublin. So I also wanted to say thanks-a-bunch to her and echo that I think this was great idea and am glad I got to take part in it.

Got my present today from Dr.Loon ! It only took a day to arrive ?!?!? thats pretty impressive.... tbh he couldnt have got it more right - he got me the 'Tommy Tiernan' - cracked dvd. I saw Tommy earlier this year in vicar street and have tickets to his new show in febuary AND I had planned to buy the dvd at some stage so a big thank you to Dr.Loon !

Christ on a bike, I feel cheated.

I didn't get my Sekkrit Santa present through the post. Instead it was HANDED TO ME at the SSF party. I only asked for the Band Aid 20 single (everyones a winner that way, and the poor babies get some money), and thats what I got. So fair play to my Sekkrit Santy (that is agent smith), even though I was denied the joy of a Christmas present in the post.

NOW, to the person I have to buy for - be warned. I have no imagination. ALSO, your list of likes and dislikes was REALLY REALLY generic and I was stumped as to what to get. In addition, I am on the dole and have FOOK ALL MONEY, so don't go expecting wonderfulness.

I will be posting it tomorrow, in the GPO, but its going to an address in Dublin so should be speedy enough.

To make up for the ****eness of the gift, I made a really rather lovely card and envelopey thing...

I used stick on silver shiny letters to put "SEKRIT SANTA REVEALED" on the envelope...

And then used silver shiny stick on letters to address the outer envelope. It had to be done with TWEEZERS, so I hope the effort I put in is appreciated.

No, I haven't opened it yet, after a bit of PMing with her, it has been decided that even though the Prezzie is wrapped up, and then put in an envelope, I won't be opening it up until Xmas morning.

Posted mine today (friday) sorry bout the delay but swamped during the week,posted from GPO in limerick and is collected at 6.30 every night so should get there during the weekend with any luck.
