    Hey all. I'm a big fan of CM, but due to various reasons I haven't played in a couple of seasons. Was just talking to another fan of the game here in work. We're thinking of getting a copy to play on the network in here. We're half thinking of getting not the latest, but one version back as it'd be a bit cheaper. Just wondering, once it's installed do you need a cd in the drive to play? In other words, would one cd do us, to play over the two machines, or will we need a cd in both? Can't remember from when I used play! Thanks in advance.

    You need 2 cds - unless you have a no-cd crack

    you can both use the same cd.. once the game is loaded up on one machine, remove the cd and use it on the second one :)

    I know its a bit late - but if you get CM03/04 and install the latest patch for it (can't remember the version) not only will it fix the known bugs but it plays without the cd!!

    Bonus! And totally legal!
