    I feel we need a plan of action for the month, so lets have some suggests of what to do over the month.
    Like as well a choosing the same avatar how about...
    1. Making sure that you include the words "Jingle Bells" in every post?
    2. Where ever you see a post from a fellow same avatar tripper post a reply agreeing with them and also defending them against reticule from others?
    3. This goes for all posts by Mods?
    4. How about having the same signature as well?

    Anyone else have ideas?

    we shouldn't go overboard on the replying to peopl ewith same avatar, but one person should reply, not everyone
    yes don't want to end up banned for this
    if only we could tie this in with charity in some way
    but who'd pay to see us all with the same avatar?

    I could also make up a sig montage of the avatars involved which we could all use in conjunction with the avatars for greater effect :)

    If it's going to be for charity, we may as well go as far as possible :p .

    Last evening I changed to the Evil Santa Futurama_-_Futurama_31.gif as it was topping the poll, but this morning I find that the Happy Snow GuyGort_-_HappySnowGuy.gif is now tops!
    And then I couldn't find him on Page 84, but he was on page 99!

    Correct me if I'm wrong but you won't be able to find your current avatar on the list. You'll have to change first to find it.

    Maybe it's sorted slightly differently if you have a subscriber custom avatar thingy... you could try changing it to a standard avatar chosen at random, and then see if page 83 has mister hanky.
