    You have to make ten transactions before today, and two of the transactions have to be text top ups, which you can set up from www.24hour-online.ie

    You Have till Midnight tonight and it will be about the 29th of nov when it is applied.It will be applied to the number which the text topup is reg too,i just topped up two of my friends and changed it back to my number then

    sure i never registered for online banking (u gotta do for text top up) and you cant do it online cos it asks you to fax them your signature.... so its too late now but its grand like dont worry bout it :)
