    Isn't this dependant on the program? Certainly whether or not it can be run as a service, but the syntax may depend on what program it is.

    What are you trying to use as a service?

    there is an resource kit app I think that will do this for you - you don't need to buy software to do this, so ignore all the shareware junk.

    Got it sorted with an app called "srvinstw.exe" that I got off GUI a long time ago and forgot about, thanks anyway. ( and thanks to GUI )
