    http://darkimages.com some brilliant artists there even if the overriding theme is gothic, the artwork is stunning in some cases.

    Try http://www.tattooz.net It's got searchable galleries and some good articles. It doesn't seem to get updated all that often but there is already a LOT of content to browse through! It also hosts a bunch of smaller sites which are interesting.

    Also definitely check out http://www.bmezine.com It's aimed more at the overall Body Modification scene rather than just tattoos.
