    Im interested in cycling from Galway to Cork around the 20th December. Anyone in Galway interested. Am not returning. Anyone have any tips

    plenty of isotonic drinks, digestable food - energy bars and the like. Spin you gears, make sure the bike is mechanically sound. Plan your route and tell someone. spare tubes galore and a pump.
