Show desktop in XP

    hey,
    im jsut wondering is there anyway to enable a show sesktop button like in Win 2K / 98? I miss it and its a pain minimizing all open windows just to get to the desktop.

    If you right click on the taskbar and go to toolbars>quick launch it should come up in the default quick launch menu

    Yea there is. Try clicking on start and then right clicking on the menu to bring up the properties. Click on the taskbar tab and tick the Show Quick Launch menu... this should put a show desktop icon down on the taskbar. Alternatively if you press 'windows key+m' you will minimize all your windows.

    Windows+D will show the desktop too

    Windows + M will minimize all the windows also.

    Sorry to post OTT. But skipn_easy I've PM'ed you about something. You don't seem to have seen it. (pity they email you notification etc).
