I have a old PC - which has Windows 98 on it.

It has a 8 Gb Hard which is spilt into 2 partitions.

But at start up I am getting the error message "Name the Command Interpreter e.g. c:windows\command.com".. I has searched google and tried everything.

My question is. If I install Windows onto the other Partition - and active it. will I be able to get access to the files on the other one.. or with this cause problems?

Or is there something else I can do... ?
