Wap and Cache on Nokia 7210

I have a 7210 and use the wap feature a lot. I notice sometimes when I access a certain page it loads in straight away without a gprs connection (uses cache i presume) and other times it waits for the connection b4 loading the page (doesn't use cache i presume). U see, the page i use is static and never changes so i'd prefer not to spend the 3/4cent downloading it again. It's simply a webform that i fill out.
