    · The last time Mark Lanegan and Nick Oliveri appeared at Dublin’s Ambassador was with Queens of the Stone Age at their now legendary show there back in October 2002, before returning to Ireland for a brilliant performance at Slane 2003 alongside Red Hot Chili Peppers, Foo Fighters, PJ Harvey, Feeder, and Halite.

    · Mark Lanegan Band’s ‘Bubblegum’ album has just come in at No. 6 in Uncut’s Albums of the Year for 2004. ‘Bubblegum’ includes contributions from PJ Harvey (on new single, ‘Hit The City’, and ‘Come To Me’), former Queens’ band-mate Josh Homme (‘Methamphetamine Blues’), and ex. Guns ‘N Roses figureheads Duff McKagan - now of Velvet Revolver - and Izzy Stradlin (on ‘Strange Religion’).

    · Nick Oliveri will be offering fans an exclusive preview of his forthcoming solo record, 'All Is Forgotten' (Duna Records) on this tour.
Songs on the album include 'One More Time In Hell', 'Demolition Day', 'Paper Thin' and 'All That I've Got' - a track Oliveri originally wrote for the next QOTSA record before he left earlier this year. The album is also set to include a new version of the Queens track, ‘Auto Pilot’ from the ‘Rated R’ album.

MARK LANEGAN hinted at the brilliance of fantastic new album ‘Bubblegum’ with last year’s teaser EP, ‘Here Comes That Weird Chill (Methamphetamine Blues, Extras, and Oddities)’.

Having headlined the Carling Stage at the Reading and Leeds festivals in August, Mark Lanegan brings ‘Bubblegum’ on the road with full band when he heads out on a full UK & Ireland Tour during November.

Lanegan previously played The Ambassador with Queens of the Stone Age - don’t miss him when he returns this Tuesday, November 23rd with one of the albums of this year.

Featuring 15 Mark Lanegan originals, ‘Bubblegum’ could be considered a crowning achievement in his long lasting career.

Musical assistance on ‘Bubblegum’ comes from luminaries including former Queen Of The Stone Age band-mates Josh Homme and Nick Oliveri, PJ Harvey (who provides vocals on ‘Hit The City’ and ‘Come To Me’), Izzy Stradlin and Duff McKagan from Guns N’ Roses/Velvet Revolver, Afghan Whigs and Twilight Singers’ Greg Dulli, Ween’s Dean Ween, Eleven’s Alain Johannes and Masters of Reality’s Chris Goss (guitar) amongst others.

Limited tickets just 24 euro on sale now from Road, Soundcellar, Ticketmaster and usual outlets nationwide.

For telephone bookings, please call the 24 Hour Ticketmaster credit card line on 0818 719 300.
