Committee...a definition

I read this definition somewhere recently (can't remember where) but thought - for those of us who have to face committees on a regular basis - it was worth repeating here for a bit of craic... A Committee... is a cul-de-sac, down which potentially good ideas are led, and then quietly strangled! :D c0y0te
