Has anyone been able to do it successfully?
I have looked through the FAQ's here and phoned O2.ie but they say that the phone cannot get to gmail.
I get the message "activation rejected"
    Does anyone have it done?
Are O2 talking rubbish as I suspect, thanks in advance.

Can I access Gmail with my PDA?
    Answer

While Gmail isn't currently accessible from mobile devices, we are continuing to test many new features to improve the Gmail service. In the meantime, if you have ideas and suggestions about features we should include, please let us know here.
