Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have just got back from holiday and found that my Sky + planner has stopped working. Everythign else seems to be ok. I cannot get into the planner and I cannot record any new material. I think that the disk may have got to its capacity while I was away. I have treid a full reboot and that didn't help. I don't want to reformat the disk just yet.

I would like to try and save the recorded programmes that i have already...so can anyone give me some tips to try and fix this problem and make some sort of recovery??

    Cheers...

    Heres an idea

    Sky + planner rebuild

    To do it
Press services, go to system setup, Press 0, 1 and then select, go down and select sky plus planner rebuild and follow the onscreen instructions.

    This Should help
