Meteor Coverage in Monaghan??

    Hi Thinking of switchin over from Vodafone bill to Meteor bill but need to know if there is good coverage with the O2 roaming agreement in the Monaghan town area??

    Does anyone know if you can get free meteor to meteor sms with meteor bill?

    Sadly the free meteor SMS offer has now ended for new customers.

    O2 roaming doesn't apply in Monaghan. Only Kerry, Donegal, Mayo, Cavan, Sligo, Leitrim, Limerick, Galway, Cork, Roscommon, Longford & Clare are part of the deal.

    The Meteor coverage map at http://www.meteor.ie/network/index.html does show coverage in Monaghan town, but that map can be quite inaccurate.
    For example, before the roaming deal, they listed coverage as full in my area (Listowel) but it was pretty bad - no signal in the town whatsoever. (btw, the map always shows Listowel in the wrong place for some weird reason - it should be Ballybunion on the map where they have Listowel, lol.)

    Anyway your best bet would be to check someone else's Meteor phone in the area, that's if you can find someone with one.
