3) For some strange reason you have to buy these things all separately. Is there anywhere you can buy the whole lot/kit together at a reasonable price?

4)Maybe I can forget about the frame or ... ?

5) Also are the frames standard? Has anybody just purchased the pan and got a cheap non concealed cistern to fit it?
