Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Could possibly be virus/spyware?? Check threads that recommend spyware removal progs and run them.

I had a similar problem with an Acer laptop. When Windows was managing the wireless connection, it would freeze completely, nothing could be used. I disabled the wireless card via a handy button on the front of the machine, and switched to let the card's bundled software control it (Intel). This worked fine. I have since updated the drivers for the card and it works perfect when Windows is managing the connection.
Not quite the same scenario as yours, but you never know
