Insurance for 23 years non irish person!?

    Would anybody have any insurance companies that would insure a 23 year non irish person, he is trying to get insurance that isnt going to rip him off...any suggestions?!

    Is he resident over here, and an EU citizen? If so, I would have thought he would be entitled to a quote as would any Irish person?

    By the way, it may not be the fact that he is foreign that is causing the bad quotes, it could be because he is a 23 year old male.
