I've been hearing a lot of great things about this 'Tallica tribute band, "Metallitia". Supposed to be extremely tight. Has anyone else been at their gigs/heard 'em?
They apparently played all of Master Of Puppets in their set, encored with Damage Inc. Sounds good, eh?
Might be going to see 'em at UCD in a week or two, anyone else going?

Saw them at sligo whiplash metal festival, they were excellent.Guitarist came down and played a song standing in the middle of the moshing crowd

They're playing in UCD on the 15th. Guess I'll find out what they're like then .

Most things sound good to a drunk man.
But I think they were one of my favs there and they were the headliners.Also they gave us a free album of some other band,'carraig'(rock)...havn't listened to it yet though...

Went to see em in Waterford , They are excellent!!

Played here quite a few times. Good tribute band. I think the guitarist is also in Thin Az Lizzy, I'm not certain though.

hey saw them in Nancy Spain's in Cork.. excellent band. Have seen Metallica twice.. and this is the closest to the real thing you could imagine!! Fair play to them.. they give it everything! Where are they playing in UCD! Will definitely have to make that:D

Yea I saw em in the Forum, they were excellent , gotta agree with cork girl , Seen metallica twice meself an these were defo the closest to the real thing Ive heard since.

Saw them in the TBMC a few years back and even though I was murdered with a hangover form the previous night, they were brilliant to watch and of course to headbang to.

yea your right he's the guitar player from Thin az lizzy, i think he goes by the name 'Flash'. Hes a hairy fecker but a wicked guitar player. I saw them @ the Phoenix festival in tullmore last year, excellent gig.

I saw them last week in Limerick - excellent stuff! Especially if, like me, you're more of an "old Metallica" person.

I saw them two or three weeks back in a pub in Drogheda.

They were excellent,really tight and their choice of Metallica songs on that nights set suited my taste perfectly.

I would have loved to hear them do "Hit The Lights","Fight Fire With Fire" and "Whiplash" though:D

I have seen them 3 times they are great, Old Metallica For Teh Win!!!1one!

Yeah axeman did that when they played Brysons last, came out into the crowd, awesome!

Encored with Motorbreath as well, super surprise!

I Think he's in a black Sabbath band aswell. Havn't seen any other metallica tribute, but i cant imanigne anything better ('cept the real ones).
