Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi - one of my users received this error while sending mail to our server -
    any ideas???

You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For assistance, contact your system administrator.

    also heres another 1

85.68.130.69 failed after I sent the message.

Remote host said: 550 5.7.1 Requested action not taken: message refused

    Thanks!

For the second one - is this a different error message to the same user, sending to the same recipient, or is it a different, non-exchange recipient, or is it a different user, etc?

Don't ya just love vague M$ error messages.

Are they logged on to the server ?
Are they using outlook or SMTP ?
    5.5 or 2000/2003 ?

A handy little util for smtp is www.blat.net (ie. send email w/o logon)
    To install it
    blat -install mailserver user@domain.ie
send an email and see what happens
    blat test.txt -t otheruser@domain.ie -debug
