Nokia 6600 - saving data on memory card.

I have a 1Gb memory card and have been trying to get photos to be stored directly onto the card as opposed to phone memory.

I thought the way to do this was as follows:

Menu -> Gallery Options -> Memory Details -> memory card -> images.

But this is not working. I need to get this sorted out as I can only take a couple of pics and then get a 'memory low please delete some data' message.

Any ideas?

pull down the cover as if taking a picture, then go to settings->image->memory in use->memory card

actually i thought you said 6680 but if your phone has the option it should be in the same place
