Putting pwoer point pres on the web

    OK what i have a power point presentation done up and saved . how do i go about putting that up ona web site.

    can i just host the file and link it or is there some hmtl code

    Any help would be great cheers guys !!

    Just host it with a regular href link to it.
    The server will tell the browser the type of file it is and the browser will presumably launch Powerpoint or OpenOffice or just save it to disk.

    File -> Save as Web Page (in Office 2003, at least.)
    Choose to save as .htm/l ; and just linky.
    Otherwise: .ppt and normal <a> link procedure-but the viewer must have PowerPoint or OpenOffice or the standalone viewer,or something to view it with..

    Surely simply exporting to PDF would be safest?
