Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Looking to do a bit of fishing in Dun Laoghaire...

    Hey guys,

    To start off, I haven't a clue about fishing :p

    It's my 1 year anniversary with my girlfriend tomorrow and we're heading out to Dun Laoghaire and Dalkey if the weather is nice, and I was planning to do like 45mins/an hour of fishing to relax and enjoy the scenery, while we're in Dun Laoghaire.

    So I was just wondering, is there a shop or a stall or anything near the pier that rents out rods and sells bait...? Like I said, I don't know anything about fishing, but I went twice or thrice, and there was a little stall there (at a lake in Wicklow) that loans out rods and sells bait.

    If there's not, I won't bother, I don't own a rod or anything, but it was just if there's resources there, it'd be nice to get a bit of fishing in.
