Only certain forums allow posting Unregistered. Personal Issues and LGB are two that I know of, but there are a couple more.

To post; Logout, go to the forum you want to post in, and hit "New Thread". When you submit your post, it won't appear automatically - you have to wait for it to be approved. You can also reply to a thread anonymously in these forums.
