looking for a wing mirror for a peugeot 406

    I'm looking to replace an electronic wing mirror and casing for a Peugeot 406

    The peugeot dealers will do it all for approx 220
    Obviously, I would prefer to pay a fraction of that price.

    Does anyone know of any cheap ways of doing this?

    Any car dumps in or near Dublin i could try and get one for cheap?

    Anyone got a spare wing mirror (black)?

    Nah, don't have one.
    I got one for a mate for his 96 pug 406 in a scrapyard for €20. The 2000 model is different and you'll find it hard to get. The next best price was GSF in Clondalklin - around €70.
    Ring a few car dismantlers from the golden pages. That's what i normally do. There're easy enough to fit but you may need a torx screw driver.
