Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Sometimes after a mad weekend I look really worn out although I'm healthy and not actually that tired. Just feel like I look unhealthy

not really talking about black bags but more like over the top of my eyes and on the sides of the top of my nose. Think its from sinus and poor blood supply to those areas.

    any suggestions?

Cut down on the boozing and get some more sleep.

You could also try a soothing eye mask. Black circles can be a sign on strain on the little muscles around your eyes. Anything that helps your eyes relax will relieve this effect.

When you get home cut a raw potato in half and lie back with them on your eyes for a few minutes. Works great, i use this as im allergic to cucumber!

drink more water and less alcohol!! use cold compress like potato/cucumber/spoons etc.
    Also more sleep if possible!!

seriously though drinking plenty of water really helps!

Get a Lush facemask, they're the nicest ones imo. I think they have a wheatgrass one, that should brighten up your face!

Nah, what you want is a bit of mashed potato, with a bit of gravy and maybe a little cheese. Top it all off with strips of fried steak dipped in ketchup.
