I notice that I havent been charged for last months IBB service on my Credit card. Could be down to the crap service last month. Anyone else come across this. Thanks

I'd say any company who were going to compensate you for poor service would write to let you know how "committed to quality" and "dedicated to their loyal customers" they were for doing so.

DIdent happen to me, I mailed their accounts and asked why I had been charged for the service I never got and they ignored my email like eveyr other email they have gotten.
