Dedicating or splitting bandwidth????

I have two computers. An eircom broadband setup and a smc wireless router I want one computer to get 70% of the bandwidth or similar CAN IT BE DONE??? Any help will be greatly appreciated :confused: (I know theres some sort of setting in gpedit.msc in QoS but does it work properly and whats the correct settings?)

Try a program like netlimiter and install in on each PC. Set one to use xKB and the other to use yKB.

Alternatively, look into a Router with QOS.
