Wi-Fi enabled handheld PC to run Telcanto for SlimServer

Can anyone recommend a cheap Wi-Fi enabled handheld PC with a colour screen. I'll be using it to run this software Telcanto for SlimServer only, it doesn't need to be a phone or have any other functionality. Basicly looking for the most cost effective solution to use this software. cheers
