Frank McBrearty is holding another anti-corruption meeting on Saturday 19th in the Mansion House. I think these meetings are mostly about the police.

I'm going to head up there on the weekend out of interest. I know that the usual lefty and republican bandwagon jumpers will be there but I'm not put off. I think it's cathartic for people with genuine grievances against the cops to get to air them in public - entertaining for me too.

Where do you think these meetings will lead? A new political party? A change to McDowell's proposed police complaints pocedure? Nowhere?
