    I have my own ideas in the pipeline actually. I was just curious to see what other people would come up with.

    I think health and fitness is going to be a massive area in the next few years.

    I think a porn shop is probable the best option. But I also think a smoothie stall has to be quickest return for the money.

    Yup I would agree that Health and fitness will be big, also the obesity issue.

    OK this might sound sad, but did anyone see Eastenders tonight? I would set up a honeytrap agency. And before anyone asks I am a happily married women with three children and I do not hate men. I just think its a good idea to catch cheating spouses.

    healthy fast food outlets
    anything related to food ,food service industry/food franchises are the way to go, likes of subway quiznos etc or an irish version with good quality healthier than mcdonalds/chipper food,a good pizzeria chain with value great food including stone baked pizza's great premises
    particulary value is impoirtant because when the economy slows people will still wanna eat out but will want value.
