    Hi All,

I am doing a self build at the moment and am going to have the timber frame erected, felted and battened in December. The brickie will not be able to start until the end of janurary and I was wondering could anyone give me any pointers on how to make the house watertight. The house is a dormer bungalow.

I could wait and put it up in Janurary but I am planning on doing a lot of the insulation and airtightness myself when I am off over christas along with a few friends who can help me when they are off over xhristmas too.
