Laptop to Tv problem

    I was wondering if anyone could help me. I just purchased an S-video to scart lead so I can connect my laptop to the tv! Unfortunately, it only displays in black and white on the tv and there's nothing I can do about it! I have the lastest drivers for my laptop! I figure it's something to do with changing my laptop from NTSC to PAL but I'm unsure how to do this! Any ideas?

    It's at times like this you miss the search feature.

    To cut a long story short, get a lead from s-video.com. I went through around five of them before I got one from them that actually worked.
