Frames question

Instead of bashing me for the use of frames, just humour me on this one! :) Click on a link, and the new page loads in mainFrame, no prolem there. But, can I make 2 frames change at the same time? If you click a link, can I have 2 frames that change according to the new page? It would be the main frame, and a sub-top frame…
