I don't thin it is Co- Op - didnt see anything about it anyway.

COD2 seems to be getting better reviews overall but some might see it as the same old affair. Perfect Dark is something slightly different and seems to be getting decent reviews.

Perfect Dark Zero tbh, there's rumours that the gameplay is evocative of Goldeneye & Perfect Dark (i.e. Good). Call of Duty 2 looks & plays (from playing the demo pod at length) like a glossed version of Call of Duty, read into that what you will.
