    Ive been seeing loadsa of threads Re blackberries lately can someone explain exactly what they are?

    It's a device used primarily for accessing your email and BASIC web browsing on the move.

    Generally it involves your phone company setting you up a you@phonecompany.com domain and forwarding your various other email accounts to it.

    Usually you can get this for around 20-30 quid a month depending on who you go with.

    http://www.blackberry.com/na/index.shtml is a great resource for it, it's got info on all the blackberrys out there at the moment.

    The Blackberry operates as a phone aswell.

    You can use your regular sim.

    I've a Blackberry 5820 for sale... excellent nick if you're looking. Just to let you know.

    Yeh, you can use your regular SIM but if you plan on making serious usage of it contact your mobile company and get on a blackberry tarriff!

    Can't be used with Meteor - Meteor don't do Blackberrys. Only O2.
