DVD recorder and terestrial

    Hi Folks,
    I have my channels on UHF aerials, no digital telly. Will a dvd recorder work on these channels?

    does your dvd recorder have a uhf/vhf tuner?

    didn't know some do and some don't! any suggestions, think LG may have, says it does E21-69 UHF, anyone know good ones to buy??
    Secondly, can i rip this onto my pc after as file and can i record off video onto dvd
